Very knowledgeable and professional. The technicians who performed the work, Justin and Allen were also very knowledgeable and competent and did a great job - very professional.

This was my first time hiring PACI after receiving a referral from a friend. I required the installation of new GFI outlets and wiring to support two new home entertainment systems. I contacted PACI and was scheduled for service the next day. I chose to skip their offer of a free, pre-job estimate. The electricians called ahead to confirm the work scope to ensure that they had the necessary equipment and materials; they showed up early; they were professionally attired; they walked and discussed the job with me then promptly got to work. The electricians were courteous, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. They safeguarded my property to avoid collateral damage and cleaned up when they finished. They charged a very reasonable price for the work and provided an itemized invoice. I will be using them again, and would recommend them without hesitation.

They call me and was able to make an appointment for next day. The electricians came, gave me an estimate which I thought was fair pricing. Hired them on the spot. They did a majority of the work that same day and had to come back at an odd hour but they still came back. They're waiting on our call to finish up. Overall, great experience. I wished I was able to meet them to thank them but unfortunately I live out of town and they dealt with my dad. It's hard trying to arrange/manage a remodel from out of town but I had too. I'm glad home advisor help me with the selection of this company!!

I had a fan installed. They arrived early, the work was finished within an hour (as estimated), and was exactly the cost that they quoted. They were very professional. I only got one other quote which was more than $100 more. I would highly recommend this company. I will use them again.
