Albert was awesome! I would use him again. It was a very involved remodel which included: Laying Saltillo and Tala Vera tile in the kitchen, dining room, hallways baths and stairs; (The Saltillo and Tala Vera tile laid together were different thicknesses, so that was VERY complicated) Installed Tala Vera kitchen backsplash; Installed a complex heated flooring system under the tile; Installed a circulating system for the hot water; Removed bathroom vanity and replaced with new cabinetry, adding A new pier cabinet on top of the vanity, and new cabinetry over The toilet; Removed master bathtub and replaced with new bathtub; Removed old shower and replaced with new shower and all new Tala Vera tile; Replaced all plumbing fixtures; Painted the entire house; Oversaw carpet installation. Everything was done on budget and on time. It is all just beautiful. Albert was great to work with and I'd use him again. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Albert was amazing! He installed viga beams in an existing, non-square room. He added a closet to an existing bedroom. Created an ensuite by moving a door, added a barn door. So professional, very communicative with progress, timely, efficient, easy to work with and came up with some creative and beautiful solutions. Completely trustworthy, had him work while we were out of town, worksite was spotless both during and after. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I hired POWER Construction for a complete remodel of my home, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Every aspect of the remodel was completed with care and precision, and the finished result reflects both strong technical skill and pride in their work. He is fraudulent! He gives you one price and then tries to charge you another price and if you don't pay new price puts a lien on house.

Hello Deann, thank you for your feedback 10 months after the project has been completed. I was hoping for a much sooner response.... As a legitimate business I have never switched or surprised clients with prices. I am licensed, bonded, insured and I run my business with the utmost professionalism. All of my projects are on contracts which is viewed, explained and signed by all of my clients. As far as this project there were many add ons, extras and budgets that were exceeded throughout the project. The client was given reasonable allotments for a vanity, bathtub, mirror, shower and door and decided to spend a lot more than her budget demanded. This project, like all of my jobs, was completed in a professional manner and kept true with what was agreed and signed on from the contract. Everytime the budget was exceeded by the client I explained and said these items are extra costs and are seperate from the original contract. She was aware and agreed everytime this occurred. So I'm confused about how she thinks the contractor can be expected to pay for these extras and more expensive items, especially if she acknowledged and agreed that it was exceeding the budget and that they were a seperate and extra charge.

Power Construction holds true to what they say, they show up on time and do as they're asked. For a good price, they're under promised and under delivered. They're good people. I would definitely call them again.
