Excellent job by Bryon Posadas and his crew! We had two full bathrooms gutted and completely remodeled and brought up to code from the original 1997 build. One was turned into a walk-in shower with a custom shower door. Now, they not only look amazing with high-end finishes, but they are up to code with new plumbing, new sub-floors, and custom vanities with beautiful 3 CM quartz countertops. Byron was on site and accessible at all points with one consistent crew who took great care and were great to communicate with for big and little decisions throughout the step-by-step process. They stayed in/on budget as well, and the entire process only took 13 days! After completion, we also contracted through Fresh Home Repair to recarpet 1,250 square feet throughout the entire upstairs of our home. When it comes to remodeling, I highly recommend Fresh Home Repair!

Byron's cabinet/vanity craftsmen did a great job updating our 1997 vanities into the 21st century. We were very comfortable with the crew, and both bathrooms were completed in just 13 days. Byron is budget-conscious and works via a step-by-step process, which really eases the homeowners' stress level. Would highly recommend Fresh Home Repair. This contractor is very hands-on and was accessible/present daily as well. In addition, we had Bryon quote and replace 1,250 square feet of carpet upstairs in a game room, three bedrooms, and the stairway and landing. Home updates can be stressful, but Bryon and his crew made our projects very streamlined and on budget with quality workmanship.

Byron and his crew did an incredible job on our major home renovation and we highly recommend them for any contracting work you have. They did high quality work, completed it quickly and on schedule, and Byron identified cost-saving alternatives. Communication was excellent and he stayed on top of everything going on. His team is exceptional and Luis, his crew leader, is amazing! Theyâ re all very skilled and friendly with great customer service. Byron completely renovated all three of my bathrooms, he sourced a cabinet maker to build custom cabinets and found an excellent stone yard for my quartz counters. Byron communicated well during the entire process and kept me in the loop on what was happening, he walked the job site at the end of almost every day and made sure that the quality of work was up to his high standard. His team is all very polite and professional, and their quality of work is exceptional. I highly recommend.

Great services! We had our whole house (all walls and ceilings) sanded, re-surfaced, and painted. Excellent work. They were also able to install our Level 2 charger and GFCIs, and rebuild our retaining wall when it fell suddenly in a storm. Highly recommend!

The fence gates are falling down, cracked wood where it was nailed, post not cemented. Looked great for a year now I am spending more money to repair it.

Work was performed in less time than expected. Quality was great. They even went above and beyond and did a few things that were not on our list!

Byron is responsive and listens to what you are asking for in a remodel or other home project and once under contract his team does great work and you can trust the job to get done right!
