Highly recommended! This is the second time I had work done by Safet and his crews. As before work quality, customer service, and value were excellent. But what I am most impressed with is his honesty. As we were reviewing his latest estimate for the new work, he surprised me when he retrieved the old estimate, reviewed it and told me he made a mistake on an item and applied the reduction to the current bill. A totally unexpected response. I must also point out that he is not pushy to have you agree to the work, but explains that if you want to shop around, he will educate you on what to look for to make sure you compare apples to apple, such as the quality of the materials used. One last item. Each member of his crew that I met was extremely polite and respectful, both to me and my wife and of our property. Another indication he cares about how the company is perceived. Do yourself a favor and give Safet an opportunity. I doubt you will be disappointed.
