Chris was very responsive, starting with calling me immediately to schedule a visit to prepare an estimate - he even did this visit in the pouring rain! He was realistic and communicative when it came to scheduling. If there were any questions throughout the project, he asked questions and was responsive to the changing needs of the project. And I really appreciated the clean up at the end of each day so I was comfortable with the project during its duration. Beautiful end result; definitely recommend.

We recently hired Ponist Property Concepts to do landscaping work in a neglected area of our backyard. Chris contacted me within 15 minutes of leaving my phone number on the Home Advisor website and promptly set up a date and time to come and look at the work we wanted to have done. He worked with us to determine the amount of work that needed to be done to clear out the area, the type of shrubs and plants suitable for that area and made it cost-effective for us to do the project. Once the project was started it was completed in a timely manner and lived up to our expectations. Chris and his crew were very courteous and easy to work with and we would definitely hire them again.

I can't say enough good things about Ponist Property Concepts and the owner Chris. From the very beginning my experience has been great. Chris promptly returned my call, and scheduled an appointment to discuss my landscaping project. I was clueless with what I really wanted to be done and he walked me through every step of the project - telling me what he envisioned and asking pointed questions to find out what I would like. He kept an open line of communication throughout the project and I absolutely love the final product. I LOVE looking at my front yard now which I have hated for years! I already asked him to do additional work in my backyard and am planning on using him for another project next year. I was reluctant to go to Home Advisors but I am so glad I did - and I am so happy they recommended Chris.
