Maria was very responsive during our initial conversation and our estimate walkthrough. She listened carefully and was very understanding about the level of detail I wanted for our residential post-construction cleaning. Her pricing was extremely fair, and the job was worth every penny! I was encouraged to check things out before Maria and her crew left on cleaning day, and when I asked about one item in the bathroom, Maria herself was more than willing to take additional time and effort to make it look better than it has in years. :) I will absolutely be contacting Polar Masonry after our next construction project!! Víctor is an excellent craftsman with an eye for detail- no shortcuts! He is willing to work with homeowner to get project to your specifications even if it means more work for him. He did a fantastic job with our retaining wall and paver patio. He is very good with customer service- and with answering emails promptly! I would recommend him to anyone who wants a top quality project! He cleaned up the work site even sweeping the street to remove any sand left behind!

Victor did and excellent job facing our porch, sidewalk, and garden border with flagstone at a ver fair price. He is very meticulous and takes great pride in his work. He was a pleasure to work with.

We had to have some of our stone removed, some carpentry done, and then new stone installed. Victor was very understanding and worked around the carpenter's schedule. There were two outstanding elements to his work, besides the overall quality. The first was that after he had installed 6 - 10 stones he could see there was a difference between the new stone and the 12 year-old stone. He immediately called me to see the problem. Because of that we asked for a quote to do the whole wall. He did that in a few minutes and we were able to call the stone company immediately and order the extra stone. He got in his truck at that point, got the new stone and came back that day to continue the work. He worked until late Saturday, due to the extra area, without complaining. He then came back Monday to finish the job. Many workers would not have notified the owner immediately once the problem was spotted. The second thing he did was clean up every speck of rubbish from the job. After he was finished there was absolutely no way to tell that there had been scaffolding, dust, dirt, broken stone. The landscaping and bushes looked like they did before he began. My wife and I were both glad we found him through HomeAdvisor. His previous reviews were well justified.
