BEWARE...Erick and his wife Mirna are attempting to charge me and additional Almost $8000 on a $22,500 interior paint job with no verbal or written agreement from me. They informed me of this 'EXTRA" charge after the job was done. The "EXTRA" items were included in the original bid. When I refused to pay this unagreed apon amount, they placed a lien on my property. Beware

I hired RAM KC Remodeling to fix water damage in my kitchen. When Erick came to give me an estimate, he immediately saw a flaw that had bothered me from the time I bought my house. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed each step of the way. His work ethic and attention to detail was impeccable. My Kitchen looks so much better, I am very happy with the work and highly recommend RAM KC Remodeling. I will be using them again!

Erick is amazing!! My fiancé and I hired Erick to originally do popcorn ceiling removal in our whole home. While Erick was removing the popcorn he discovered some water in our basement through a crack in our foundation. Erick quickly put fans on our carpet, we didnâ t even have to ask. He was able to remove the popcorn, smooth our ceilings perfectly, fix the crack, re do the dry wall/wainscoting, repaint, and install new carpet. He was efficient, detail oriented, worked with us on price, and overall an amazing general contractor. We are so thrilled with the work Erick did and will be using him for future projects. Have and will continue to recommend him to our friends!!

Erick and his team are FABULOUS!! I randomly found Ram KC Remodeling from Google searches so I had no idea what to expect. Theyâ re highly professional, skilled, courteous and timely. I hired them to handle several drywall repairs and paint jobs and they actually OVER delivered on their promises. I came home to discover they had FOR FREE even patched and sanded spots in the house Iâ d reserved for later date funds. Erick does fabulous work and I highly recommend him. After remodeling my basement in 2022 and doing a great job with that, I hired him again this year to do more work including a complete remodel of the master bathroom. It turned out amazing! Erick is conscientious, timely, and a pleasure to work with. He communicates well and offers good suggestions. He was working in my house for weeks yet every night before leaving the entire work area was cleaned. He goes above and beyond which truly sets him apart from other companies I've hired in the past. I would hire him again if ever needed.

I bid out our project for ceiling drywall repairs to 4 contractors and selected RAM KC Remodeling Services. After completing the project, I am convinced we chose the right contractor. Erickâ s work was excellent. He is very conscientious about your time and clearly communicated his plan and schedule for completing the work. I will not hesitate to use Erick for future home repair and remodeling work!

Eric Ramirez, owner of RAM construction, did our job himself. What a tremendous craftsman. You would never be able to tell there was 2X2 hole in the ceiling where the water came through. He paid attention to every detail. He made sure that the paint was completely consistent even though it required painting more than we originally agreed to. (No extra charge). His drywall skills are superior! I am so glad we used RAM construction for this repair. I will definitely use him again!! Can’t recommend him highly enough!
