Our team member in question is a professional whose expertise is recognized across the industry. We have zero tolerance for disparaging remarks toward any staff member based on accent, ethnicity, or origin. We provided multiple design options aligned with the client?s revised scope. When she requested further revisions to reduce square footage?after increasing it earlier in the process?our team made those changes promptly. The delays she references were directly tied to the significant scope changes and the back-and-forth adjustments she initiated, not from a lack of responsiveness. We also note that the client?s public review history across multiple platforms shows a consistent pattern of 1-star ratings against numerous businesses. While we respect every client?s right to share feedback, this context is important for readers to consider. Finally, while we understand this client has requested a full refund, she received substantial professional work product and services in accordance with our contract. The expedited design fee covered resources allocated to meet the timeline she requested, which had to be reevaluated due to her major scope increases. That aside we still credited her the expedited fee.
