I’ve been using Plan B for several months. I’m quite pleased with their service and professionalism. They are thorough and dependable. Communication with them is excellent. They have been very accommodating in working around my schedule and special needs. Over the years, I have had a cleaning done by individuals and agencies. Plan B has been outstanding. I definitely recommend them.

Plan B is our Plan A for when we need top quality cleaning services. We engaged Plan B for preparing our home as we put it on the market. They did an amazing job particularly in tougher areas like our cast iron bathroom tubs. We have always had great service from Plan B: timely, clear communication and professionalism from their team. Highly recommended.

Plan B Cleaning has been cleaning our home for over a year. Their staff are all super nice. We have dark shiny wood floor which is a challenge to keep clean. They work with us to find the best method. Even through staff changes, they endeavor to maintain the same standard.

I am in awe by their professionalism, their staff, and the most amazing maids that did a terrific job! I have had many maids over the years and none even compare the cleaning of the others. The owner told me that they would make my house sparkle. It was more than that it was spectacular! ! My only regret was not finding them sooner!

I never thought I would need or use a cleaning service BUT never say never. I am so pleased with the service provided by Plan B from office staff to the individual cleaners that I have no regrets!! The service they provide is professional and personal. I have had them do deep cleaning and monthly cleaning. They have always exceeded my expectations!
