Our dryer was not drying properly. Before purchasing a new one we opted to have the vent cleaned to see if the was the problem. Plan B cleaned the vent for $99. The dryer still did not work. We had a new $800 dryer delivered and our old one hauled off. When started we got a **dryer vent plugged** alarm and it shut itself down. We called Plan B. They did respond quickly and found the vent plugged solid where it exits the roof. So, the $99 vent cleaning cost us $899

We do apologize, however, we came out on 10/8 to clean the dryer vent and did not receive a call back until 11/11 that the dryer was still not drying. While we do not clean the actual dryer it is possible for lint to be pushed out back into the vent and cause a clog. We were more than happy to come back out and take care of this at no charge a month later unfortunately you purchased a new dryer by then.

I requested a refund because I didnt see the results I expected from the dryer vent cleaning. I was given a FULL refund. I appreciated that consideration. The gentleman who came to do the service was professional.
