Professional, clean, courteous, they even went out and bought the right kind of mounting bracket for my 55 inch TV, instead of canceling and rescheduling. They had to create an outlet over the fireplace and did it all without any problems. They are great, respectful and timely. Also, a lot less expensive then the others. The highest recommendation possible

My name is William, and initially, with all the craziness going on in the world today, I was very reluctant to hire someone I did not know. However, I have to say that hiring James was not only a great decision but one that I will make again in the future, should I have any additional installation requirements. Quite to my surprise, to be such a young guy, James's customer service was outstanding, his level of professionalism was far beyond what's usually exhibited by someone his age. Additionally, he was extremely knowledgeable about his craft and completed the work in a very timely and efficient manner. I have added James name to my phone and will refer others to him, and will reach out to him myself in the future. Extremely professional and pleasant experience. Thanks James!!

They were incredibly professional and meticulous. They made sure that my TVs were mounted correctly and the other electronics were installed correctly. They made it a point ensure everything they were doing in my house was exactly as I wanted.

Extremely professional and personable. They were able to quickly troubleshoot problems as they came up, explained the problem, came up with solutions, gave me options and got the job done. Tyra and James are now my go-to for all installation jobs around the house. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Pinnacle TV Installation! Anyone who gives them a review of less than 5, are suspect.
