Fred, the owner of Pine Ridge Renovations, was just exceptional to work with. After getting in over our heads with some DIY renovations we decided to hire someone to do our engineered hardwood flooring install & couldn’t have been happier to have ended up with Fred and his son Patrick. Not only did they do a great job with the floors, Fred gave us such great advice on other aspects of our project we weren’t even hiring him for. He was generous with his services, even doing extra work on our toilet he didn’t have to. He never made us feel pressured to do anything more than what we were looking for, was on time every single day, finished the job quickly and gave us a very fair price. Fred Aziz is the owner (General Contractor ROC# 350558). Fred is personable, communicates well, timely (keeps his project schedule commitments), affordable, and, most importantly, produces top quality results. We were fortunate to find Fred after interviewing several contractors for a major renovation project on a home we recently purchased in Hassayampa. Fred is very â hands-on,â completing most of the work himself (i.e., very few, if any, subs). He frequently updates you on progress and seeks your input on materials and design considerations. Fred is relatively new to the Prescott area (having been here about one year), but he is not new to construction. He has years of experience, including running his own business in Thousand Oaks, CA. I canâ t think of anything Fred isnâ t capable of handling. He has a wide array of talents and skills. Pine ridge was great. On time every day. Finished ahead of schedule 3 days early. Great price and very high quality workmanship! I highly recommend Pineridge construction for ANY home construction or renovation project.

Fred was very professional and was onsite with every subcontractor he used. He was very communicative and reasonable when "surprises" came up that also needed to be fixed.

The fact that Fred does the work himself is a big plus for me. Gave me good advice on grout choice. Minimal clean up was needed after job was completed. It's not a big deal, but I feel I should have been reimbursed for the Thinset, Grout, removal of backer board and usage of my tools. (i.e., Soldering torch). I also completed the final chalking. Although, Fred did offer to do it once I cleaned off the old chalking. I feel this should have been part of what I paid for. But like I said, NO BIG DEAL, I'm fully capable of doing the work and I'd rather get things back to normal.

Fred is very knowledgable and will give you his opinion on your ideas. He will show you examples of why he doesn't feel you should use certain products. He uses high quality products and treats your home as if were his own showroom. He is very particular about his work and does an excellent job. He and his workers clean up every day inside and outside your home. If there is a problem, he will find a way to fix it. He is very trustworthy, and may cost a bit more, but what you get for the cost is worth every penny!

I have used him for several different properties. He is great and his work is beautiful. Most important thing for me is that he always listens and tries to do everything that I want but is honest with me about the ideas for projects. He has creative solutions to challenges. .
