Reviews
Write a ReviewI did not know David or Pierre Construction prior to finding them on Angi’s list. A car had driven into my garage causing some cosmetic damage. They were quick to respond, came out quickly for a quote, and even kept in touch while I needed to work through some insurance stuff. Once we were ready for the work, it was scheduled within a week and the crew was great.
Dave replace our bifold attic steps. We are pleased with the result and the care he took doing the job. He needed to make some adjustments to the stairs we purchased which made the installation more time consuming than he originally thought. We will hire Pierre Construction again!
I am extremely pleased with the work done by Pierre Construction! I needed a basement remodel completed for my teen who was away on a trip, it was meant to be a surprise for their birthday, and we only had 10days to make it happen. Despite the tight deadline, David assured me he could get it done, & he absolutely delivered. He provided a fair price upfront that remained consistent throughout the project. When unexpected issues came up that could have increased costs, David was transparent about the options and worked with me to stay within budget. His communication was clear & consistent from start to finish. The finished room turned out amazing, better than I could have imagined! I gave David creative control over the colors and layout, and his vision perfectly captured what I’d hoped for from our very first meeting. The attention to detail was truly five-star, & the entire process was stress free. I’ll definitely be using Pierre Construction for future projects. Highly recommended!
The job was done efficiently and done right. David’s workers were always professional. They remodeled my kitchen, master bathroom, pulled up all the wall to wall carpet and put down hardwood floors. All the furniture had to be removed and once the floors were done all the furniture had to be put back. David’s workers did it all. David stands by his work and is very professional. I would recommend Pierre Construction for any job that you may have.
Buyer BEWARE and BE Forewarned My project with this company has been pure exploitation. He overpromises, underdelivers, and talks down to clients. Hiring him was a huge mistake. I paid nearly 30% more than the original $260,000 quote, even though the project was reduced in size. Final cost: about $330,000?enough to buy a new house. He was unprepared for the wetlands hearing, denied prior agreements, and claimed my $60,000 payment was for work worth less than $3,000. Hidden costs appeared that any reputable contractor would have included upfront. He twists words, insists you ?don?t understand,? and pretends to help while helping only himself. For a simple job he might be passable, but for any addition, reconstruction, or major work, avoid this company. Always demand everything itemized with clear expected delivery dates before signing or paying, or you risk the same costly exploitation.
We take all feed back seriously, but this review not accurately represents the project or business practices. The claim that $60,000 in payments covered only $3K worth of work is misleading. That amount included deposits for materials, labor scheduling, subcontractors, and permitting. All standard in the construction Industry. We understand that construction projects can feel overwhelming and expensive, especially when scope changes occur. Unfortunate your trying to spreads fault staements
Pierre construction is Awesome!!! If you’re looking to have someone to do your next project, look no further. I spent quite a bit of time interviewing and getting quotes for a major 2 story deck project for my house which included some intense structural improvements to my house as well, since some of the existing columns where in tough shape. I’m so glad that I picked Dave Pierre and his great crew to do this for me! Dave’s price was very reasonable and he was very much on top of all details. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with every step of the project. His crew of over 12 years was also very skilled and often had discussions about challenges to make sure the details where the best that they could be before proceeding on the the next phases. As you can see from the attached video of the 2nd floor, the results are fantastic and I’m enjoying my new space immensely.
Excellent finish carpentry work, fair pricing, and good communication about timing and expectations. Its rare to find honesty and transparency in this industry, and David has been the best!
Thank you so much! you was definitely was an awesome client definitely enjoy our business together. appreciate your time!
David and his team were very good. He kept us informed about the progress and schedule along the way. The work was well done and also in a very professional manner. He is very reasonably priced when compared to other contractors. I would highly recommend him.
I hired Pierre Construction to fix my stairs. I will use them again! Quality work and friendly group. Thank you, David!
Hired David Pierre, his crew and sub-contractors to install a new bathroom, remodel an existing bathroom, convert an attic to living space, install spray insulation, and rewire our 180 year old house in Plymouth, Ma. David impressed me with his professionalism and straight-forward approach, and I was not disappointed. Honest and committed to the end. Construction jobs always seem to take longer than expected, and this was true here, as well, but I think it is due to the nature of the business -- coordinating the schedules of several subs and dealing with unanticipated issues, especially when working on an old house. David juggled it all well. His core carpentry crew, Paul and Derek, were skilled, dedicated and responsive to requests. They kept the ball rolling forward. Good quality work at reasonable prices -- it would have cost me substantially more to use one of the larger home remodeling firms and I probably would get far less top-level attention.
