Scott and his crew are AMAZING!! Scott returned our call on the same day. He discusses all the cost associated with you project in a very timely manner. Scott and his crew are very respectful, friendly and certainly know exactly what they are doing. Scott stands by his and his crew's work. My husband and I had our kitchen completely remodeled . We also had our daughter's bedroom wall removed so that our living room was enlarged and a corner fireplace installed. Don't bother looking anywhere else. If you've called Phoenix Property Ventures, you've called the best!!!

Scott and his team were a dream to work with! Everyone with Phoenix Property Ventures takes pride in providing a quality, professional product and they did not disappoint! I have worked with many contractors over the years and Scott was easy-going, hardworking, professional, and I couldn't have been more pleased with them or our new bathroom. Everyone went out of their way to make our electrical and plumbing make more sense. For instance, moving an ill-placed furnace turn-off switch, which was in the bathroom to a much better locale. This is just one example of many where no short-cuts or rushing took place, Scott was thoughtful in how he remodeled our space and it wasn't just a job to him. Not only is our new bathroom absolutely gorgeous but Scott, John, and the rest of the team will be missed as they were all kind with our curious toddler running around. Looking forward to working with Scott and his team on a kitchen remodel in the near future!

I could not be more pleased with Scott and his crew. They were extremely professional and upfront about all costs. As the work was being done there were issues found in the home that had been done by a previous owner. Scott and his crew fixed those issues and kept us up to date as to what was going on with the home. They finished the work in the time frame they advised. The work is professional, beautiful, it looks like a brand new home. We made changes to what we wanted after we had signed the contract it was never an issue. Scott & his guys were excellent. Great communication, cleaned up daily, went above & beyond to answer questions & deal with unexpected issues (with an older house). Took my nasty, outdated bathroom to a beautiful spa like finish with quality workmanship. I definitely will hire them again!

Did a kitchen remodel with Scott, and he was extremely conscientious about communication, sticking to the estimate, cleaning up daily during the process, and making sure to provide top-quality craftsmanship.
