First, Phil is an outright professional. He is punctual; checks-in to confirm appointments even before departing to arrive; provides clear and concise overview of what physically needs to be done; provides transparent and fair pricing versus other plumbing companies/contractors; writes detailed line items on work receipts; and finally, knows the quality plumbing suppliers to recommend for showroom review and purchase. I plan on calling him again for future plumbing work in my basement.

Phil was very knowledgeable and worked around my schedule, which made the process that much easier. He was able to do the work the same week and provided photos of his work, as I was not present. Also, he takes Credit Card, which was a huge plus. Would recommend.

I had to have a portion of a pipe replaced and shower head re-installed. Phil was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He provided an estimate and it was that price; no unexpected charges. He prepared workspace and cleaned up area when done. I would highly recommend Phil .
