VERY Prompt. I received a call from Petti Pest Control within minutes of my inquiry. Robert was at my house later that day for an inspection and consultation. Since outdoor ladder work was required, the job was scheduled for the first dry day. The team arrived when scheduled. Logan, the technician, explained what they were going to be doing and how they were taking into consideration the fact that I had pets. They were quick, efficient and neat. I heartily recommend Petti Pest Contol.

Petti Pest Control is the place to call for extermination. Excellent customer service, polite and did the job as well as I expected. I got the full package which was the cheaper way to go and still wasn't that expensive. Will recommend to use. Had a rodent issue. It has definitely slowed down to none. You can't compare to decon, totally different experience than decon.

Discussed the issues in full and what the treatment entailed. Got onsite assessment same afternoon I called. Service scheduled and completed in less than 48 hours. Already see pest control superior to my former extermination service. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Before entering my home, asked if I wanted them to wear masks and shoe covers. Extremely professional!!!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Robert Reynolds for answering our billion questions and for getting us serviced same-day. Also, huge shout-out to Buckie as well for having patience with us cleaning and answering all our questions and spraying our house. I can't recommend this company enough!!
