Both Candler and Robert were very informative. They both walked me through the process and the 90 day garentee. Chandler is a very competent and respectful young man. He took the time to go over what he had done, and what to expect in the next couple of days. I will recommend the company with out hesitation.

Frank was the inspector who came out very promptly. He was extremely professional courteous and thorough. He explained plan and options very clearly.. Chandler was the technician who came to the house immediately. He too was extremely courteous, personable, professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company based on my eco experience with Frank and Chandler. Thank you!

The short version: Petti Pest Control is WORTH it. Best pest control service out here. The long, detailed version: Petti Pest Control is a locally-owned business that is expanding, and I can see why! For roughly the same amount you'd pay for one of the national pest service companies, you will get personalized service, friendly attention, and you won't be just a number. We had wasps behind our siding. A BIG nest. Luckily, they hadnt chewed through the drywall yet. Our tech took care of that nest, and we haven't seen any activity since. They guarantee their service for a month, so even if the wasps weren't eradicated, we could call back and have another treatment. From the customer service rep who answered the phone to the techs who performed our service, we received personalized attention from a company that knows about our specific regional pest concerns as well as how the pests are acting in our area this season. We also had lovely conversations with everyone involved. Everyone was professional AND kind and friendly. They worked with our weird scheduling concerns. They explained every step of the process. They assured us that the treatment wouldn't harm our beloved doggy. They explained that we should leave the house from another door for the first few days after the treatment, since the wasps would be pretty angry. They answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. Petti is the best pest control service, and I highly recommend them.
