The Petti crew were fast and professional. Cost about double what we were expecting, but inflation bites, I guess, and again, they were super fast to come out. Would recommend and use again.

They were here the day after we called and completed a thorough inspection. Clear and concise services and quote was provided to get rid of rodents. They had technicians back out that same afternoon to place traps and spray for insects. All employees were very professional. They made sure to wear shoe covers in the house. They will be back in about a week to complete the job. Very happy with their service!

They came same day and the guy was responsive, explained how he was going to treat the area, I called back to ask questions about the product they use and safety of pets/people. He explained how it works. We chose to not treat inside this time due to some upcoming work. . He said if bees return they will come back to let them know and that when ready theyâ ll return to address the interior. They will also come to address any other issues we have. Very professional, friendly, and responsive. Thanks!

I had a problem with ants and carpenter ants but not anymore. They come out quarterly. The techs are super nice and informative. I receive a text the week before and I can actually text back to reschedule!! It⠠s not just a ⠠press 1 to confirm⠠type message. I love this. ⠤︠They not only treat around the exterior and interior, they use a de-webbing tool and clear any bugs, spiders and webs from hard to reach places like above my garage door where the light attracts bugs at night.
