Contacted 20 minutes after my email request for help. Had a pro on-site within an hour later who took care of the problem (huge bee hive in a mesquite tree) in a very professional manner. Showed up early the next morning to remove the hive and other debris. Would recommend these folks to my mother!

I wanted some pack rats trapped under my double wide home as I found a huge nest under my bathtub when I remodeled. There are 2 access panels to get under the house to place the traps. The man Rigo sent was not able to put the traps in the right place. I, (a 70 yr. old man) crawled under the house to place them where they should be after trying Rigo's way and catching nothing. Rigo would only put them around the outside of the house where my dogs could get into them. I had to do the job right myself. Don't know how they can do business, they are useless.
