since my job was during covid19, i think when the installers talked to me they should of had an approve mask on other than that, they were on time, cleaned up, one small hickup when they accidentally stapled the water pipe, they fixed it and finished the job

Johnny Durango from Performance Insulation was great! He showed up on time, with a mask, and wore shoe coverings upon entering the home. Johnny was polite and eager to assess our AC issue. He was able to immediately take a look at our furnace/vents and identified the issue right away. He rewired everything so the electrical was properly set and ready to go. He cleaned out the furnace and made sure everything (area around the unit, carpet, etc. )was cleaned up before he left. Hearing that AC kick on was music to our ears. Thanks again Johnny!

Samuel is a total professional. He had a trainee along with him when he came to provide a quote and it was seamless. Very professional, informative, communicative, respectful. Excellent service from start to finish! They arrived on time, wore masks, bootie covers, (observing covid guidelines) and explained exactly what they saw, what was needed, and available options. He was also highly knowledgeable in available rebates and financing options. Definitely, sets him and this company apart from the other contractors I encountered. I appreciate how when there was a hiccup, Samuel called, presented the complication, provided solutions, and even gave a gesture to smooth it over. This is exactly how I conduct business, and it was so refreshing to experience this as a customer. Especially, for such a large home improvement project (Insulation install attic/crawlspace, gas line install to range, gas fireplace removal, ductless system install) Highly recommend!

Samuel was great to work with and very communicative. He helped me navigate the incentive process and advised on how I could make the most of the incentive by waiting a few weeks for install. I dont know if this will change how it actually feels in the house until the next super hot days, but I am hopeful this has helped solve the problem.

Excellent service from start to finish. Each of the teams, insulation, HVAC, and electrical were stellar in executing their respective tasks. They installed insulation in the attic and crawlspace, and all new HVAC equipment. The comfort in the house is noticeable. Donn, the individual who did the initial estimate walked me through each step of the process, giving me detailed explanations both before and after. He went above and beyond to insure that I knew what to expect, and followed up by checking in during the installations. The service and professionalism were impeccable. Thank you, Donn and teams!!!

They showed up to our house right on time. They looked at our attic. (Our attic is a tight low slope pitch) they got to work quickly and finished in a short time. 5 Star job..?

Ian was prompt in responding to my bid request and scheduling both the bid and the job. He was friendly and answered all my questions. The installers were no-nonsense and cleaned up after themselves. I’m happy with the results of my floor insulation installation.
