"I needed a tangled bunch of trees & undergrowth cleaned out of an area of fence row that borders my yard. Additionally, my yard service (who doesn't haul away refuse themselves) has been piling clippings & pruning debris along the same fence for 2-3 years creating a very significant collection of debris I also needed removed. I was skeptical that I could get someone to complete both the trimming/tree removal & debris removal at the same time. Fortunately, Cabrera's was one of the first services who responded to my bid request & Martin stated that he could take care of the entire job. He gave me a very competitive bid & we set a date for the work to be completed. A day or two later Martin called to ask if he & his crew could start the work earlier than scheduled, which was great. The tree trimming aspect of the job turned into more tree removal than either of us had originally thought because more of the trees were dead or in bad shape & clearly needed to come completely out. Also, removal of the piles of debris was more involved due to the age & density of the materials as well. Martin gave me a revised bid which was very fair for the additional work needed and the entire project was completed in less than two days onsite. This job was not an easy mix of requirements & Martin did a great job with it. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any tree trimming or removal projects I have."

"I had a VERY complicated weed removal (like, I swear to god, you have literally never seen something as overgrown as this) and both Amados were great. They removed 400 square feet of impenetrable hedge, and were very flexible, added on some extra work, and took care of courtesies that I hadnâ t asked for - like mowing the lawn. And despite the fact that this hedge was the worst ever, Iâ m talking 40-year-old-blackberry-bar â they somehow removed it without hurting nearby stonework. Just good people all around. And the job was finished in half the time expected. If you forced me to criticize this business, I would say that they mayyyve werenâ t the best at communication? I didnâ t get a confirmation call until the day before â which I thought was pretty standard, but based on reviews, some folks have problems with that. I think those folks are probably jerks. Honestlyâ ¦ this is so clearly a family business â there arenâ t secretaries and schedulers and receptionists. People get busy, and details gets lost in the process. I found Amado Jr & Sr& and their crew to be great people to work with. Amado Jr explained s his reasons for the price every step of the process, and his estimates were the most reasonable ones I heard. Even if his estimates were higher than other peoples (they werenâ t) I still would have chosen this business, Amadoâ s honesty about the difficulties of the job I needed done and his up-front communications about the reasons for the cost were very reassuring & trustworthy â - and that matters more than any estimate you can gets.."

"The crew (2 guys) showed up on time and spent almost 12 hours doing a huge amount of work. Four trees taken down, and several large overgrown trees were trimmed back. All the trimming work left a huge amount of debris that was completely removed. They did great work and I would hire them again in a minute. We contacted the Company and within a couple of hours AV was here to survey the situation and provide a quote. AV had a crew available that same day to remove the fallen tree and an adjacent at-risk standing tree. Using top-notch equipment the crew removed the trees, trimmed other trees that had broken branches from the impact of the fallen tree, and cleaned up the area. Subsequently, I arranged for Evergreen to return and replace root barriers and the affected irrigation system and replace the clay soil with suitable soil. Throughout the entire process the company communicated with our insurance carrier and received approval and insurance coverage for the proposed work. AV and his entire crew were very professional and efficient and the quality of their work was outstanding. Their clean up of the area was exceptional.
