Overhead too high, get other estimates. Not knowing how simple the job was, cost was too high for simple job of replacing 1 sheet of plywood and replacing shingles. When asked about discount advertised on website, they would not give it or adjust price.

When we came out to give estimate, I met your husband who was thrilled to get the work done. When i gave him the price, there was no question of price, I even asked if my price was near my competitors prices. He replied that none of the competitors had even shown up. We scheduled the work then and there. It was only after the work was completed that there was any issue with pricing. The work was performed beautifully and with no issues or complaints by the husband.

I liked this Company because it is a father/son business with a 3-year guarantee on repairs. They were bonded and insured. They were very couteous and professional and went above and beyond in that they helped me find other contractors for other repairs that I needed.
