I hired Performance Energy to install a vapor barrier under my house. They installed it quickly and efficiently. However they did not install it effectively. Now when it rains the water runs on top of the vapor barrier and sits: Very bad. I called them to set up an appointment. They said they had no one in the area for a couple of weeks. In the meantime one storm dumped 11 inches of rain flooding the area under my house on top of the barrier. The appointment to fix the issue was today. They called claiming to not know that the appointment was today and wondering if they could come tomorrow. They have been very unprofessional in handling this situation. I would not hire them again.

The crew was knowledgeable, courteous, and clean. I had a small issue after the job was completed and they came back within a few hours of my call the resolve the issue. Very pleased with the results and looking forward to lower utility bills in my future.

They did a pretty good job and the people are great... it is just that the cost is a little high and they dropped the ball on one of my main concerns and still charged full price, but, I still recommend them, as they are very nice and hard working.

They did a great job insulating my attic as well as sealing all the areas that hot air was seeping through. The did a fantastic job and came ahead of schedule which was amazing. Highly recommended.
