They had to come back for finish ups. Then they had to come back to blow in additional insulation, wrong amount blown the first time. The installers out a nail through an electric cable and it meant I had to call electric service people to replace IGF in the garage. I also had to have a freezer repaired because of the short. Insulation manager said he would pay for service calls, have yet to see the payment. Believe I will see the cooling and heating savings in the future but the company needs to be more careful overall.

They came to start the project when scheduled, which is unusual today. They finished the project the second day as promised. The quality of the work was excellent.

This is an amazing company. I wasn't going to use them because of their distance from the job, but I'm glad I did. They were prompt and extremely efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their pricing was fair and their crew was very professional. They deliver with excellence!

If you can work with Technician/Salesman Dylan Howell, you will be in extremely good hands. Dylan knows what he's doing and helped me to figure out what needed to be done to solve some of the problems we were having in our crawlspace, especially the wet/dampness. He took pictures of everything (including such things as holes in the drier vent and a cook-top vent that was partially disconnected; holes in the sub-floor that needed to be plugged with foam, etc., etc. He was far more thorough than anybody else who came to look at the job, and he was prepared to fix everything, which is just what we needed because we were putting the house up for sale. The others focused only on the insulation, which was the easiest problem to solve. To make a long story short, Dylan was quick with his quote and follow-up. They showed up when they said they would, and did a great job -- with only one mistake. And Dylan found and fixed that mistake two days later when he came over to get paid and do the final inspection. So I recommend them highly, as long as Dylan Howell is on the job. Also, his pricing was very competitive, considering he was taking on the whole job (including a vapor barrier too) and not just part of it. Great work, Performance Energy.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided!! At first we were optimistic on what the prices were going to be to upgrade our attic insulation; however after consultation prices were extremely affordable!! Dylan is awesome and I definitely recommend him for your consultation!! In addition we have seen a tremendous reduction in our utility bill as of date our Nest has been on ECO with no energy used! The person that was supposed to show up got the flu so I didn’t see him contact this person again and reschedule

Measurements on the space had to be corrected multiple times. Left a mess and wanted to wait 2 weeks to clean it up, which we could not do because that would have delayed our restoration. Finally, offered to have the subcontractor they hired come out and clean up. Still had to do some clean up on our on. This was after they added substantial money to the quote so that they could protect existing surfaces.Hired another contractor to do the work who came out with his company magnet on his truck, nothing reflecting the name Performance Energy, which concerned me about licensing and insurance.

They worked quickly and efficiently, left no mess and were a minimal invasion of my day. They also showed me pics of their work. Good job all around.
