The owner Rene Perez replied quickly, and arrived 30 minutes later with his crew. He agreed to stay to direct the crew until the work was finished. He did a good job. Problems occur when the owner sells the job but does not show up to supervise the work. It has happened to me by another prominent local tree service.

They came so quickly and removed a large dead tree. They were able to remove all of the branches and the stump same day. I will definitely use them again.

They were prompt and went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly. Then cleaned up. I was extremely pleased by their work.

Mr. Perez answered my request immediately and was available to assess my project that afternoon. I agreed to his estimate and his suggestions for completing the job. I hired him on the spot. His crew did a great job. My only issue is that one of his workers rang my doorbell to ask for me to supply him and his men with bottles of water! I am not heartless, but I feel very strongly that these workers could and should bring a supply of cold water with them to their job sites and not ask their customers to supply this - or anything else- unless of course it s an emergency. I did not give them water; I did give them $10 to buy some.

I was contacted immediately by Mr. Perez and he was able to meet me at the time that was best for me. His quote was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. His crew set to work the same day, worked very quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. I was impressed by how well they worked together and finished the same day. I would definitely use Mr. Perez's services in the future.

The workmen showed up on time. Cut down the the 4 dead trees and hauled away all the debris, as agreed. Very efficient and professional.
