Stella and her team have been cleaning my apartment for over 6 months (and counting). They do an excellent job every time. My family and I are new to the area and recently hired the owner of this company to clean our home. We could not be happier with this decision, she is the best! She does a fantastic job cleaning our home, she is a very hard worker and so pleasant to be around. Each week she asks us if we are pleased or if there is anything else she could do, and honestly each week everything is perfect! I have never had a complaint or needed to ask her to do anything extra. We also have a young baby and she works around her schedule and nap times. We love having her, she helps us out tremendously and could not be more appreciative for the work that she does.

I hired Stella who is the owner of the company. She came with two other people and did a mediocre job cleaning. It was not great as we had advised her we were very detailed and expected a thorough cleaning. Money was no object as long as it was properly cleaned. She did ok and then we hired her to come back for cleaning regularly. She came once and did a mediocre job cleaning. My wife had to ask them to redo several items. It was more of a wipe down than cleaning in most cases. She was supposed to come back two weeks later. The morning she was supposed to arrive she texted that she would not be coming because the house was too big and my wife was picky. She could have called at any point to discuss expectations or to cancel, but instead waited until the morning of. We had a housewarming party planned for that weekend, so this really caused problems for us. As for the house being too big, we agreed to pay exactly what she asked. She set the price, not us. She is extremely unprofessional and then become rude with us when we called her out on quitting the day of the job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LADY!
