We recently hired Pen and Mason to expand our pantry, build a custom coffee bar, install new electrical outlets, and replace the carpet on our stairs with beautiful vinyl plank flooring — and we could not be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. They took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful suggestions, and executed the work flawlessly. The pantry expansion is so functional, the coffee bar is my new favorite spot in the house, and the new flooring completely transformed our stairs. They also handled the electrical work seamlessly, ensuring everything was up to code and perfectly placed and they also put up with my picky husband in the process.

Juan and his team were absolutely fantastic! From the start, he took the time to provide a thorough and honest estimate. He carefully inspected every part of the project to identify any issues before quoting—unlike other contractors I spoke with who were rushed, unprofessional, and gave me overpriced, unreasonable quotes without even taking a proper look. I was working with both a budget and a tight timeline, and Juan not only respected both—he finished the job three days early and delivered outstanding results! Juan is incredibly kind, respectful, dependable, and hardworking. He was transparent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed about his progress and any updates. I initially hired him for a bathroom remodel and a patio repair, but his work impressed me so much that I had him take care of several additional handyman tasks afterward. I’m truly impressed with the quality and care he puts into his work and will absolutely be hiring him again for future home projects.

I contacted Pen and Mason for some home improvements I needed new lights installed in my kitchen, a door replaced, and some additional fence work. I sent a message and got an immediate response. We quickly scheduled a meeting, and Juan came by. He was very polite and really listened to what I wanted. He even showed me a couple of different lighting options that matched exactly what l was looking for. The very next day, Juan showed up with the new door and lighting. As he worked, I noticed how professional and clean he was. I ended up asking if he could take on a bit more work, and he had no problem with that at all. He made the whole process super easy and stress free. One of the standout parts was the custom metal fence he made by hand to fit my existing block wall. It came out great. I would highly recommend Pen and Mason for any home improvement needs. Definitely a 5 star contractor!

I recently contacted Pen and Mason for two home projets renovating my old carpeted floors and adding a slanted roof to my flat patio roof. From the beginning, I was impressed with their responsiveness. They quickly answered my inquiries, and Juan the one who assisted me, was incredibly knowledgeable. Juan came out the very next day to take measurements and provided me with an estimate in no time. I'm thrilled with the results of my new floors and roof design.
