Excellent company, excellent service, Quinn, an extremely nice guy, the co-owner walked me thru all the steps and kept me informed on everything including pictures. they went above and beyond and did an excellent job on a problem roof that had many issues from rotten wood to creating a peak with a slope for my flat roof over my garage so water would not puddle like before. custom flashing metal work and correcting the rusty nail problem using stainless steel nails. also included wind mitigation report to save me on insurance costs. All at a price that made me very happy. I highly recommend Peak Roofing and Quinn for all your roofing needs. They get the job done right as it should be for a very reasonable rate.

From the estimate to the completion of the job you couldnâ  t deal with a more professional company. You deal directly with the owner, Mike. Job was started quickly after after we signed the contract. His crew was very professional,and did a fabulous clean up job afterwards. Peak Roofing did a great job - would highly recommend them

Quinn was great to work with. Best price, quality work, showed up on time, completed the job when he said he would, and provided all the documentation for my insurance company within a day.

I learned what a Shiner is in the roofing industry thanks to this company. A shiner is a nail that didn;t go into the rafter, but right next to it leaving a shiny nail in the plywood. There are hundreds of these in my roof. This company quoted me a price, then 1/2 way through the install - I was told they needed $2000 worth of wood to finish the job. I don't know who messed up the quote so horrifically bad, but being off by $2000 is a hard pill to swallow. It took me several attempts to get the accounting for the extra wood, but without seeing him pick it up - that could have been included lumber for another job or 2. I was not happy in the end and would have went with a different company had they quoted it properly.

I live out of town and the roof I contracted to have installed was on a rental. Being at the mercy of the installer without the ability to monitor the project required me to deal with a company that is honest, reliable and caring. Quinn, Rachel and the install team were that and more. Their friendly personalities cemented the deal and I am very happy to have contracted with them. I would highly recommend Peak roofing and feel comfortable in doing so.

Quinn was not the lowest price that I had, but he did everything we wanted him to do and we were very satisfied with the value of his service and the fairness of added cost for wood replacement. We are considering him for the roof replacement on our personal home.
