BEST SCREENS OUT THERE Payless Screens and owner Frank, the tireless and very skilled Phancy Screen expert, has been GREAT over multiple orders and installations with me in NYC. His enthusiasm for the Phancy Screen product is infectious, and the product is of great quality. I have dealt with many door/window renovations and replacements over the years, and Frank has the best retractible screens out there. Call Frank at Payless! Best prices in NYC, too.

Frank did the work on time and was very professional. He was reasonable and used quality materials. He would not move on from a window to do the next one until it was perfect. He did an awesome job.

Frank installed a custom screen for an 8' x 2' long narrow window. When I described the window's operation as being similar to a door opening - he brought over a sample proposal which we were able to insert in a lower corner of the window. Having proved the concept - Frank set out to have the custom screen built (locally) and personally installed it. Result: almost unnoticeable. I'd definitely recommend his work.

Frank came right on time and spent the necessary time to get all the mini-blinds looking perfect, which is not easy in an older home where nothing is square or level. I would highly recommend him.

In her State you don't see good looking screens that have been installed. He went out of his way and did an outstanding job. My screens look great and I will recommend him to my friends and family and will use him again myself.
