"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

He worked very hard to move it to a location I wanted, but after determining my location was not possible he took great care to make sure that it was installed cleanly and attractively in the bedroom. He did the work as quoted, in the timeline he expected, and ran a very clean and efficient worksite. Very happy with the results. From the first meeting, Rich laid out a clear and reasonably priced plan of action, and took his time answering our questions. This project took much longer than we thought due to foundation issues, which significantly extended the timeline and scope of the work, but Rich never made us feel rushed. He even lent one of his tools to help us determine when the hardwood was ready to be installed. Lee arrived at the site early and proceeded to do excellent job repairing problem area. In addition cut & pieced doorway carpet with remnant, and proceeded to inspect entire office carpeting to ensure no further problem areas, and guaranteeing carpet to last several more years. He dissuaded us from our initial plan to install a wooden floor medallion because it would not likely be flush with the floor unless we refinished the entire room.
