Excellent price to paint my two story home. Crew was on time. Did the prepping of the exterior of the home. Crew was courteous and finished in the prescribed time frame. Strongly recommend them for your next home painting job.

My primary residence is in WA State and my second home is in Jacksonville FL. Having to work with a contractor at long distances and sight unseen is a cause to be picky. I selected Patriot Service Construction thru Home Advisor based on an over the phone interview and reasonable quote. Eddie explained the process of caulking, power washing and providing two coats of paint. He provided before and after pictures and also demolished and replaced a 30 foot section of fencing with a gate that was beyond repair. I could not have been more satisfied with the final results. 5 stars all the way!

Work completed 8/26/16. Great experience. Very good quality. Eddie's crew pressure washed before painting. They touched up some minor cracks in the cinder blocks with caulk. Crew of three painted full exterior with roller and brush in just a bit more than two days. They also repaired the front door threshold board before painting. Excellent job! Excellent price! 1/2 star deducted for not picking up paint chips dislodged by pressure washing; and for a few sloppy spots where paint was left where it shouldn't have been. Eddie is very personable and professional and his crew are self-starters and hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone.
