The three men showed up on time, they were all very courteous and explained what needed to be done. They covered all our furniture and floors and when they were done throughly cleaned up after themselves. Great company to deal with.

Everyone was very professional and the price was great. They replaced all our popcorn ceilings and plastered them. Then we had some issues. They did come back twice to try to fix the bump and a long hole in the kitchen. Also, the edges in the bedroom were bad. The bedroom is still bad and the kitchen is still not great. We had painters do the ceilings when they were done, so they were waiting to re-do what they tried to fix. So we had to pay extra for them to come back. We were charged $600 for them to come back. We spoke to John and agreed for them to pay $300. Contacted several times no money. Do not rate any company with the link they send and wait till the job is done. Also now have noticed other issues in the other rooms around the edges.

the team showed up on time and were polite and efficient. They explained the entire process and what I needed to do afterwards. The work site was cleaned up before they left; I would definitely hire them again.

John and his whole team are total professionals. I had a ceiling that was pretty beat up, partially swirled, patched in multiple places. Patriot did an exact match of the swirl pattern and now my ceiling looks like brand new. Amazing job.
