Pat turned out to be everything I wanted in a contractor. He rebuilt my front porch and it is beautiful. He was on time for everything and was able to complete the work in a timely manner. He even did a couple of other things for me that were not included in the original contract at no additional charge.

Pat responded to my request for assistance on my deck right away. We set an appointment and he was there on time and was able to diagnose the structural issue with my deck quickly. He provided us with an estimate that was very affordable and we moved forward with the project. He came back two days later and completed the project for us. We couldn't be happier with the work that he performed. I highly recommend Pat and his company.

We found Pat Forrest from HomeAdviser and he proved to be an exceptional craftsman for our home project. Pat was patient with us in scheduling construction and helping us in our decision of how our deck should look (My wife and I can become terribly busy and we take our time coming to a final decision on construction issues). We hire only the best craftsmen and contractors to work on our home projects, and Pat shows the same enthusiasm in the designing and building as we did. He was persistent, innovative, hard working, and above all creative. After we discussed the deck design we wanted I felt so comfortable and trusting of him that we allowed him to free-build the deck to include the features we wanted. Pat and crew were great to have around the house for our demolition and rebuild of our deck. Demolition was quick and neat not an eye sore for the neighbors. Materials and lumber drops were on schedule. Pat Forest construction was "on time, on schedule, and on bid". We loved the look of our new deck

One word for Pat Forrest Construction - awesome! We had obtained multiple bids for our deck, and at times were ready to give up on the project. We were blessed to finally meet Pat. He is without doubt the most honest contractor I've met. He built an absolutely beautiful deck for us, and worked with us each step of the way. You cannot go wrong by hiring him.

This guy is the real deal in a world of people that are hard to trust. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous. On time and completed the job when he said he would without any overruns. Pat actually did more work than originally discussed and never asked for or mentioned any increase on the agreed upon price. An honest contsruction company. Very refreshing.

Pat is professional, punctual, organized, creative, and great to work with. I feel so fortunate to have found and picked him to do my job. My home has a Cape Cod look, the way he changed the decks. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
