Passick Pools

Beware to all.first of all do not take my word for it, look Passick Pools up on the Nevada Contractors Board website and see for yourself (for a little extra fun browse for their name in the Las Vegas District Court website!). First he is only been a licensed pool builder for 5 years and was cleaning pools a legally for 3 years before that, so the 14 years of experience it shows.lie #1. Second, look at the date on the reviews.of the 12 positive reviews 4 were done on the same day and five were done within two months of the negative review, and as you will see on the contractors board website he had nowhere near that many permits pulled the entire year! Third, one is from AZ and another from UT ¦that is right not licensed in either state. Hire Passick pools and this is what you can expect for your entire dealings. As far as the product you can expect do your research and read the contract he will cut corners, use, unlicensed subs, replace contracted items with sub-par equipment, fail to install equipment, and short you any way he thinks he can get away with. Except drastic overruns of deadlines, endless excuses, his stories will get longer and contradict themselves. DO NOT expect any communications unless you chase him down, reasonable/rationale behavior, honesty, even a mildly acceptable product, and donâ t even think of getting them to back their job and repair/fix/correct/or even acknowledge it was done wrong. Then you will be stuck, as were/are others , in court to get resolution. Would I recommend Passick Pools not to my worst enemy!!!!

Great customer service, by a reliable company who knows what they're doing!

They went above and beyond on answering all our questions. I didnâ t like the color of the grotto and they went way above and hired someone else to make sure it was exactly what I had envisioned. They also made sure the surface of the slide was extremely smooth for my disabled daughter. Also, where would be a great placement for the handrail for her. The quality of the work was excellent. We are very particular and they exceeded our expectations . Very easy to work with!!!

Great communication! Great quality! Great service! We shopped around for a few contractors to build a pool and after getting ripped off by one of them, my wife and I were at a complete standstill. A few weeks later, we met Dustin and we are thankful we did! He built a swimming pool that not only met but exceeded our expectations! Everyone from Dustin to the subs that came out were extremely friendly and respected our property. Will definitely recommend Passick Pools to our friends and family, no doubt!

Where do I begin? For those of you researching pool builders, keep looking... better yet - run from these people! If I could give Dustin Passick negative stars for not only making an absolute disaster of my yard but also for not having a shred of decency or morals, I would. He was hired to build our pool (actually that is a joke, he does not build anything. He hires unlicensed subcontractors and does not pay them) and did not give us half of what we paid for or that is in our contract. He then placed an unlawful lien on our home stating we owed a final balance. Since he did not finish the project or provide what we paid for, we owe him nothing. He blatantly lied to us every step of the way and did not finish our project on time - or at all, for that matter. We have turned him over the Nevada Contractors Board and there are numerous charges pending against him. Feel free to look it up on the Nevada Contractors Board website, it is public knowledge. We are also having to sue him in Justice Court since he thought he and his wife thought they would be cute and file an illegal lien on our home without merit, in retaliation for filing a complaint that was filed with the Contractors Board. Run from this clown, he is a joke in the industry and since our litigation began, I have heard nothing but negative comments about him from various pool builders and pool suppliers. I would also strongly suggest that you keep very close tabs on the permits that he pulls, all of ours were rescinded and to date, have not been reopened, so our new (competent) pool builder can fix the disaster that Dustin Passick left us with.

Dustin is great. Very knowledgeable and professional. I'd recommend and trust Paddock Pools.

Met with Dustin the Owner/Design Consultant and described to him my vision for my backyard pool project. Within the next two days Dustin provided a picture perfect design with all specs and a complete breakout of All costs, including timeline from start to finish. Dustin came prepared with a complete contract and with a few minor changes I did not hesitate to sign. The pool and all other related work to include full decking was all completed within the original time frame quoted. I am completely satisfied and love my new pool and spa!

I d highly recommend Passick Pools for a full pool build or remodel. Enjoyed working with Liz to make my vision come to life. Everyone on the team was extremely professional!
