Palacios Hardwood Floors is outstanding in every way! Of all the businesses I have ever reviewed, this company demonstrated the highest level of quality and professionalism in the services they delivered. My flooring and paneling project was very complex, however, Jose Palacios and his crew were problem solvers at every juncture, including carpentry and design aspects beyond my expectations. They were punctual, diligent in completing the project and conscientious in cleaning up the job site. If you need flooring, tile work or general remodeling, this company will amaze you.

Jose did a wonderful job installing my luxury vinyl plank flooring. I saw his positive reviews and took a shot in the dark and called him. He couldn’t have been more responsive and easy to deal with. From when he told me he would arrive at my place, to a reasonable estimate, to the quality of the install, I give him 10 stars! He even came back and fixed an issue with my cabinets the same day I called him. He even hunted the part down and drove to IKEA during busy Christmas season so that he could repair the problem (at no charge). I am now a customer for life. It’s rare to find this level of service today. If you need flooring installed, this is your guy!

Jose, was fantastic, not only was the repair work high quality, but the clean up was fantastic. He vacuumed the whole area including our wood stairs and then hand cleaned the work area. I highly recommend Palacios Hardwood Floors for new hardwood floors or repairs!

Unfortunately when it came to the fine craftsmanship it just wasn?t great, wood not cut straight when it came to corners and edges, noticed that they put dents or chips in the new wood then tried to fill it in but did not say anything and after charging to level the floor ( concrete slab) certain part arnt level Or wavy. You will get your floor installed but expect low mid quality. Mind you the materials and labor was 30+k So I expected better craftsmanship

I was very happy with the work that was done on my floors.

This was my first experience having to repair hardwood flooring so it was a learning experience, first and foremost. One prospective contractor cautioned me that it would be necessary to refinish our entire hardwood floor to match the newly repaired section of the floor. Perhaps that is true, but I was unwilling to do that much work, which was considerably more expensive. Jose and his crew did a commendable job matching the repair section of the floor to blend in with the old flooring. If you are looking for where the work was performed, you can see it. But it generally matches and I expect over time the newly repair section will be more difficult to see. Jose was always timely professional, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend Palacios Hardwood flooring!

Excellent job fusing a damaged area of our hand scraped wood floor. We didnâ t have the original stain but they matched it extremely well and were very quick as well. Highly recommend!
