They came out the next morning. Then ice man set up his machine, put up protective barriers around the work area to minimize flinging debris, and his own protective gear. Their machine chewed up my stumps in just a few hours! Tidied everything afterwards Prompt, friendly, polite, had everything he needed on hand. Very professional. When I first contacted them they were very prompt in getting back to me. My home was quite a distance (100+ miles) from them so we did the bidding for the job via phone/texting/pictures. Our agreed upon price was almost $100 less than the next nearest bid (I had contacted 3 other business for estimates). Unfortunately for them, they had a blow out on their trailer on the way to my job. They were in touch with me immediately to explain the situation and also sent me a pic. The tire was not immediately available for replacement even after they had the trailer towed to the nearest Les Schwab. We rescheduled for the day after tomorrow of the originally scheduled day. This was not a day they were originally going to work due to some personal commitments because we had discussed that day when we set up the original day. With that all being said, they showed up early on the new set date and had all of my stumps, 4 in total (including 2 extremely large stumps) done by 11am. The work looked fabulous and I am so happy with the final outcome. Both James and Neil were very professional and accommodating. I would whole heartedly recommend this business to anyone who needs the work done that they provide. From the time we set up the original appointment through the completion of the project, everything was handled extremely well, even with the unfortunate incident with the trailer tire. This is a 5 star business from start to end!!!!

This business is the real deal! I called and received a reply within 10 minutes. They were out the next day to give me a quote that was far less than I was expecting to pay. And onsite 2 days later. Completing the job in one day. I was only planning on doing 2 stumps but they made it affordable enough to do 8. Neil was very professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the work.
