The gentleman that completed the service was very personable, attentive, responsive, and helpful. He let me know when he was ending service for the day and when he was starting. He provided expertise and the price was reasonable. He completed the work and cleaned the area up after the work. Not only would I use his service again, I plan to recommend him to anyone who has pool repair needs or other household needs. He was a breath of fresh air and we are grateful. Excellent service!!!!

They established a time frame when they would be here and are timely. They appear to be doing what they agreed to. Only two weeks on the job.

Guy did an expert job of replacing my filter pump timer. He arrived on time and dedicated most of the morning/afternoon to completing the job. He was polite and professional, and I plan on using him for further pool repairs as well as monthly service. A++ business.

Guy responded quickly. Came out to check pump and motor. Got the replacement part and fixed it the next day. I called 6 other companies who were not available. I'm keeping Pacific Blue Pool Service in my contacts and deleting the others.

He followed his timeline to a T! I had a quote done on a Friday and the new pool heater installed by the following Thursday! There was excellent system of communication. Each time I asked a question, he replied immediately and knowledgeably.
