Reviews
Write a ReviewMinnesota Concrete Structures did a great job on the steps and sidewalk they did for us! The final result was just what we wanted. They worked fast and cleaned the job site well when finished.
Thorough and professional. A little weak on holding to a schedule and keeping owner informed.
I was impressed with this local company and their bid for the job was reasonable. I was happy with the work they did, however, they stained parts of my old sidewalk which remained. When I contacted them about it, I was told that was impossible. I called them a second time, the job foreman came out to look at it and said, it wasn't done by them. There were no unsightly marks on the part of the sidewalk they didn't do before the job was started, but definitely there when it was completed. So now I have nice new front steps and a couple of sidewalk squares, with stains leading up to the new stuff. Still picking up concrete in my yard.
I have had several issues with them, now they refuse to call me back. You cant believe anything they say, the job was so unproffesional I cant believe they are in bussiness!!!!
they did an excellent job..period
We ran into many problems. The original rep. came to our home and quoted a price, then tried to verbally change that agreement, and caused unnecessary conflict with the actual workers, and subsequently the owner. Probably not a bad company if they got rid of the bad salesman who makes errors and tries to blame the homeowner.
completed on time, competive bid, did nice clean up
Very efficient, cleaned up afterwards,, Carey explained everything,, very nice guy. Was very pleased. My neighbor looked at the project and I will be passing their name along to them.
They did a fine job of removing the old cement and pouring the new garage floor and approach. Our problem with them is that we paid them for the job and 3 months later we had a mechanics lien filed against our property because they did not pay the concrete supplier. We are not at all happy.
The price was right, and the guys did a great job. We are very happy with our patio and it looks great! MCS actually subcontracted the work to another company, but the project management was seamless and the sub-contractor was very professional and great to work with.
