I asked the company to set a trap for Skunks. An opossum was caught in the trap on a very hot day. I called the company early in the morning. By 2 PM, it was over 100 degrees, and the company had not responded. So I let the opossum go myself. I am glad the Skunk was not caught.

They are based in Orange County so I would not recommend the pest control segment of their business for fellow San Diego residents. They have limited access during weekends so if an animal is trapped on a Friday evening it may take awhile for them to remove it. Also, my technician commented on how bad the traffic was each time he visited...making me feel bad that he had to drive that distance.

They came out right away but the guy who came later to do the work hadn't been told what he was here to do. I don't know if what they did was effective or not.

The office called me promptly and scheduled a service call. We were happy with Mark, he did an inspection around the exterior and then went into the attic. My only concern is that the girl in the office said the follow up calls would be for the next two Thursdays, but on the following Thursday we called Mark to see if he was coming and he said it wasn't scheduled. So the office needs to coordinate better with the field. Mark came back yesterday and also gave us a bid to fix a vent opening in the attic. We will continue to use this company in the future.
