We had a lot of damaged wood to replace and paint, plus we wanted to add rain gutters. They were very skillful, efficient, and neat. On the rare occasions when something was not turning out the way we had envisioned it, they listened patiently and accommodated our desires cheerfully, even though it added to their workload and prolonged their work day in the 100 degree heat. At the end of evey single day they cleaned up the premises thoroughly before leaving. We are very pleased with the results.

The trap caught three possums, but no skunk. Skunk is still here but have to continue to pay to have trap set and possums removed. Next time I would look for a company that guarantees that the skunk will be removed one way or another - humanly or not - sorry.

Preparing the house for the spraying was exhausting. The technician was on time and advised us to leave the house for 3 hours. He wasn't sure if it was actually bedbugs and afterwards we discovered he was right. The debris was not from bedbugs at all. $400 mistake on our part.

Andy can out the next day, gave me a very fair price on my wood replacement due to dry rot. Josh showed up next day and did a fantastic job. Would use them again in a heartbeat! Nice dealing with a company who does not screw you in your time of need.

They did a good job but did not go completely under the whole house as required by my contract with them. They were efficient in what they did, but I really wanted someone to go underneath the house and spray as we have sand and know the ants colonize.
