    I am a very satisfied customer of POW! They were responsive to my request for an estimate with a quick turnaround on giving an estimate with personal explanation for treatment of dry rot. Throughout the process, I experienced courteous customer service for scheduling the work, processing authorization of the work, billing and answering my questions. The work crew were, diligent, methodical and hard-working as they removed damaged wood, disposed of materials and cleaned up after replacing with patch and paint of relevant exterior areas located on 2nd floor. This was one of my most satisfying experiences dealing with a contractor. Thank you to POW! Exterminating.

    My wife and I had some dry rot issues on our bay windows and had been told that the windows were unable to be repaired by several contractors. We entered in to this endeavor very skeptical but were beyond satisfied. My wife loves the windows and was distraught at the thought of having to pay for new windows . Pow did an excellent job.     First of all they called back and showed up! These days thatâ s something! Iâ d been trying to get this work done for awhile! They were professional, timely, neat and got the job done well. When they left, they forgot to hang a light back and needed to clean up some paint. When I called, they showed up right away to take care of it! I really appreciated that! I would highly recommend them! My first experience with home advisor was a good one!

    Replaced 5 pieces of wood and primed it for $1890.00-very expensive. Two workers took 3 1/2 hours to do the complete job.
