Floor Coverings International did amazing repair work! Iâ m a Realtor in SA and I have a client who was selling their home but lived out of state. As we were getting the home ready to list we noticed a few tiles had some cracks. The sellers had a few extra tiles in the garage but not enough to fix all the cracked tiles. I contacted Cristy and she came and took an existing tile and did research and found a perfect match for a discontinued tile! Her team removed the old tiles, put the new ones in, and matched the grout. It looks perfect! My sellers are so happy with the results. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Cristy and Carlos were an absolute pleasure to work with! I had no less than 7 people come to my home to show me their products and to give me a quote for a carpet replacement job. Firstly, I loved that Cristy was able to take measurements, let me choose the product I most enjoyed, and then give me a quote, all in a very reasonable amount of time. (Some companies will come measure and then call you, days later with a quote, and some only AFTER you drive to their showroom to make a decision on the product.) Phew! I much appreciated and preferred this simpler approach! She was probably here for less than an hour (and the majority of that time was me trying to decide between a couple of types of carpet). She didn't try to oversell me. She didn't apply any pressure at all about spending more than my budget would allow. She just very patiently and kindly helped me make decisions about which product would look best in my home. From all of the other quotes I got, I found that their pricing was also much more reasonable for BETTER products too! Other companies were trying to upsell me on how thick of a pad to use... Cristy and Carlos only use a nice thick one, for all of their customers! Upon install, Carlos was here for the first part of it, and ensured that all the gross stuff underneath the old carpet was actually cleaned up, rather than having new carpet laid over the top of it. The end result is beautiful and sooooo cozy under foot and I have zero regrets about choosing them for this project! They are both genuinely just great humans that made a project that could have been very frustrating and stressful into something very simple and enjoyable. Cannot thank them enough!!
