Pat did a great job of repairing a 2ft by 1 ft hole in my bathroom ceiling and cleaning up marks made by minor water damage. He is a hard worker and very kind. I am looking forward to hiring him again for some bigger projects.

Pat was very responsive, competitively priced and came with tons of experience. I hired him to replace an exterior door that had been damaged by the rain. He recommended an excellent door company, worked with them to build a door to our specs, painted it and stored it in his garage until the rain stopped, removed and disposed of the old door and installed the new one. Iâ  ve hired him again to install an awning over the door and weâ  re talking about starting to replace some of our windows. Iâ  m excited to work with him for years to come!

Pat replied promptly, arrived when arranged, and completed the job in good time. He was friendly and worked with me to figure out an unusual carpentry project. He ultimately charged me less than his estimate. His final product was well done; heâ s going to come back and fix another carpentry problem I have. A nice guy to work with.

My job included drywalling a very old garage with a lot of ancient wiring. Two people looked at it declined to bid. Pat came in and said it was a tough job but accepted it. He was consistently on time and let me know at the beginning and end of the day what was going to happen next. He brought in an electrician to bring the wiring up to date, and had an assistant on days that required a lot of work. He frequently made improvements on the projects and included them in the and did not increase his bid cover them. He cleaned up the jobsite beautifully at the end of each day. Most importantly, it is obvious that Pat is intent on doing the very best job, and take a lot of pride in his work.
