Ortiz Garage did a good job. Was the first one who was available to do work. I hired them. Work was done quickly. The last time the tension spring broke the technician checked all bolts on the door hinges, and rails Ortiz did not. After work was done other firms called and their quotes were less. I wanted the door fixed quickly so I guess I paid more for the faster service.

The coils roke. Called Mr Ortiz on Friday afternoon and he was able to repair and have my door functioning Saturday morning. Was given a choice of price ranges and am very satisfied.

I had such a great experience. He came within 2 hours of our contact and finished quickly and efficiently. He explained why my springs broke so quickly (3 years) and helped me decide what to put in so I wouldn't have that problem again. Would highly recommend.
