March 12, 2021, I contacted Luis Morales of Optimum Landscaping via Home Advisors. I was in need of installing pavers to create a patio in my back yard. Within 15 minutes of submitting an inquiry on the Home Advisor cite, Luis Morales contacted me to discuss my needs. I informed him that I wanted to create a patio in my backyard using pavers and that I lived in a Townhouse in an HOA that might pose permission issues. We set up an appointment to meet the following week to discussion the area under consideration. Mr. Morales was always courteous and professional. He was prompt for all of your meetings, which I value highly. At our initial meeting I was shown sample pavers from a brochure and from his truck. We discussed the time frame of the project and the possible delays due to Covid-19. Mr. Morales informed me that the construction company that makes the pavers is running 6 to 8 weeks behind. I totally understood the delays because of Covid and I agreed to have Mr. Morales and his company install a patio. As far as the sample pavers, I was not satisfied with the selections in his truck and the brochure did not give an accurate show of the product. Mr. Morales suggested that we go the showroom where they make the pavers. This was an excellent opportunity for me to see and feel the product and I appreciated that this was an option. So, March 27, 2021 we went to the showroom. There I picked out the pavers that I wanted to have installed. The pavers were finally installed June 5, 2021. I know that it seems like a long time between selecting the pavers at the end of March and installation in June, but with HOA, Covid-19, Sprinkler company, and the like, it took that long. All the while Mr. Morales keep me update on the status of the pavers and the work. The price of the instillation was reasonable, and the job done was very professional. I would not hesitate in recommending Luis Morales of Optimum Landscaping for any landscaping or paving work. It was a delight to work with someone professional and a decent human being. I wish he did Kitchen also.

Very Good work, very Professional, all pavers are level no high spots. On time. left everything clean. They were a little bit more expensive then other quotes . But sometimes it is just better to go with the best. ( you pay for what you get ) . I would rehire them if I need some work done.

Our project involved: 2 separate paver patio extensions of 800sqft, sod, hedging, pad for outdoor shed, and sprinklers. We hired Optimum Landscaping after receiving several quotes. The prices and proposals varied among the suppliers but it was Luisâ professionalism that sealed the deal. We have pavers of 3 different colors and they are weathered and matching them was a challenge that Optimum accepted and met. The pavers were special-ordered which takes a long time. Thatâ s OK too because Luis communicated this ahead of time. In fact, constant and clear communication throughout the process was excellent. Once the job started, the team at Optimum was courteous, on time, professional, and minimized any disruptions. Best of all, the job was done in 2 days!!!! Everyone that visits our new outdoor patios compliments the beauty and practicality. It has certainly increased the value of our home. We highly recommend Luis Morales and his team at Optimum Landscaping. He still reaches out once in a while to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.

Luis always kept me in the loops and wakes me through step by step with process. He worked with me to ensure my project was kept within budget, permitting, install and completion.
