Operation Restoration

Operation Restoration came same day to evaluate when I had a flooding issues in the basement. They worked tirelessly with me and my insurance company who refused to cover the issue. We worked out a fair deal and their repair work was top notch. Could not recommend them enough when encountering difficult situations.

Would give 6 stars if possible. The team at Operation Restoration went above and beyond to take care of our property during a crisis, and to guide us through what was an overwhelming situation. The team arrived onsite at 9am on New Years Eve after a call at 6pm the evening before. Every single detail was carefully taken care of, clearly communicated, recorded in email and we were given the opportunity to review every step of the cleanup and rebuild. Each team member we dealt with was a delight and went out of their way to take the time to answer our questions, respond to emails and stop by to make adjustments. Thoroughly recommend if you have an unexpected crisis!

The team at Operation Restoration are top-notch professionals. They responded quickly, were respectful, and truly are a full-service company! They walked me through every step and went to bat for me when my insurance company wanted to deny my claim. I hope I never need another restoration company, but if I do I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Do not use Operation Restoration. I was quoted 5?7 days but billed for 11, despite equipment being on site only 7 days. They added surprise fees, damaged my floors, broke my fan, and wrote on my walls with Sharpie in undamaged areas. They refused responsibility. Overpriced, careless, and unprofessional.

Operation Restoration has exceeded all of my expectations. From start to finish, their entire team was incredible. My sump pump recently went out and dealt with finding out my basement had flooded. I called and within a few hours, OR was there and started the clean up process. Jim and Renee (and their team) were extremely thorough, not only with tearing out the damaged flooring and carpets, but with explaining the entire process to me. Demo through the rebuild, they helped me understand what to expect. Once the dry out process of the basement was complete, their rebuild team was there without missing a beat. Rick and DeRon were just as incredible. They helped me with getting the resources and making my office/gym/lounge better than ever. Both teams were extremely communicative throughout the process, and I couldn't be more happy with my new space. They definitely turned a terrible experience of a basement flood into a positive experience. Thank you team!

Had an incredible experience with Operation Restoration during the sale of my home. An issue was uncovered during the inspection, and requiring a wall in my dining room to be replaced due to old water damage. From the initial estimate to the completed work, everything was done in under 30 days—keeping my home sale right on track. They were extremely accommodating with scheduling, which made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Tim, Jim, Rick, Renee, and all the crews were fantastic—knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I truly felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing reliable, high-quality work. A+ service all around!

Unexpected house repairs are never welcomed but the professionals with Operation Restoration assured that it was done, painlessly and expeditiously. The entire crew was amazing however the painter deserves special recognition! I was especially impressed with the exemplary customer service displayed by DeRon who went above and beyond exceeding my expectations restoring my living space back to its former Beauty. He paid close attention to detail single-handedly positioning heavy furniture, artwork, and all my knickknacks meticulously back to their proper places. He even dusted things off and vacuumed the entire area! He did this all while exuding a very pleasant demeanor, which truly eased my trepidations. I highly recommend this company's services.
