David did my wind mitigation report after i had my roof replaced due to my insurance company in the process of dropping me due to the age and condition of my roof. He arrived at the scheduled time we agreed upon, was personable, and professional. He was very knowledgeable on the building codes and provided a professional, well documented, and honest inspection on the proper form. My insurance company got back to me after i sent the report and asked for items that were not standard proceedure on a wind mitigation report. I called and asked david if he could perform another inspection for me, and he came back at no charge the next day and got me the information i needed, which allowed me to not only keep my insurance, but negotiate a lower rate. Truely a great experience and i would recommend On The Level Inspections to anyone.

House inspector came my place of residence and conducted a home inspection for the property I am selling on January 23rd at 2pm. There is three issues I want to address. The first (1) one he stated I had double taps on my A/C circuit breaker. I had the people who installed look at it and they said nothing was wrong and asked if he was an electrician, because once again nothing was wrong with they looked at. Second (2) was he caused my spa tub to cause an airlock due to not having water run through the system or not enough water in the system to properly function. I had to purge the system and once I did that it operated just fine and sent a video of it to my realtor to show. Third (3) he (David Sivitz) completely reprogrammed my A/C control unit and did a full reset to remove the program he put into the unit. I want people to know that this guy needs to be reported because he is conducting home inspections and not truly knowing what he is doing.
