"Scott did an amazing job on my tile floors and grout! The floors were filthy after renters destroyed them and the grout, which was originally sand color, was solid greased on black. After Scott finished cleaning, the floors look amazing! He also cleaned the tile in my shower no charge just because it was dirty! The customer service was great. His team also deep cleaned my entire home, did a Fantastic job and we're really nice people. Would definitely recommend above and beyond cleaning!Thank you Scott and your team!"

"Ryan did a fantastic job repairing the caulk and grout in my shower. The corners around the built-in bench were previously sealed with a very messy caulk that didn’t match the grout in the shower. There was black mold growing behind the sloppy.caulk. Ryan removed all the ugly white caulk and replaced it with beautiful grout and caulk that matched the original grout. I’d hire him again if I needed a grout expert."

"It is true about the before and after pictures. I was sick and not able to take the pictures. The employees: Austin, Bonita and Gabriel were on time, extremely polite and kind (I was sick with food poisoning). These wonderful PROFESSIONAL people would work around me. Very caring! A fabulous job on all of our tile, the hearth fireplace and two large bathrooms. The tile and grout looks brand new! No reason to replace the flooring whatsoever. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Reasonable price from Lisa who came out for the Free Estimate. Everyone at Mrs. Grout are so friendly, helpful and HONEST! There is also a warranty for one year for their work which is transferable with the house, should you want to sell.
