My job was given to another company by Marco at Onyx Solutions. I didn't find this out until the people he hired to do my work ripped my electricity connection off my home. The lied to me about the problem, called the Power Company.who instructed me go get an electrician. I had to call him and ask why did they leave my house to go to lunch when I had no power. The connection was repaired. The crew then left all this garbage on my front lawn and when I complained to Marco he asked me why I was telling them. That's when he told me he gave my job to them. After they came back the next day and were to grind the stump; they covered the stump with dirt so I couldn't see it and I paid them, when I swept away the dirt I saw the stump not ground up .. called Marco again and he kept making excuses the guy went out the country on vacation; I called Marco and texted him several times.. the number on the Hamm tree service the company Marco gave my job to never answered or picked up the phone or returned my calls; Neither did Marco at Onix Solutions I have 3 documents saying I paid and the tree was cut down and the stump was ground up but no work was done and no response for a refund either . I have video and pictures too; I would like my stump ground up like I paid for.

Marco Costa, was professional, very friendly and easy to deal with; promptly solving a miscommunication with crew foreman. Crew complete job as expected - especially did amazing acrobatic work removing the tree.

Completed job as discussed. Crew was on time, worked consistently throughout day, cleaned yard and neatly piled limbs at curb for pickup. Marco regularly communicated with the crew, pitching in when and where needed. He was friendly and kept me informed. Thanks also to Sagit for her prompt replies to my emails. Very professional company, quality work, great customer service.

Onix did what was expected of them.

On time for the estimate and job. Good prices without the hassle. (I had other estimates 2 to 3 times this one). Job took a little longer than expected but was completed in a very reasonable timeframe. Would definitely use again.

ONIX owner or director (Marco Costa) was very congenial and professional in dealing with me. He suggested a fair price for his work and sent me copies of the contract and his insurance coverage. The workers were conscientious and did all what I asked them to do.

I did not have a good experience with them, but they finally completed the work several days later. Seemed Poorly equipped to provide service in a timely manner.

Difficult project made easy. Took longer than expected, but job was done expertly.
