Even though One Hour missed our original Monday scheduled appointment, they made up for it the following Saturday. The service technicians were prompted, courteous, and very clean. We recommend One Hour to all. Thank you.

Based on the recommendation of Home Advisors I called One Hour Heating & Air here in the Cincinnati area. The person I set the appointment up with said that there would be an $89.00 diagnostic fee for the technician to come & figure out what was wrong with my furnace. She said he would ask for the $89 to be paid as soon as he got there (he did not), then he would diagnose the problem and give me a report telling me what the problem was and the cost in detail to repair. When he goes to the basement & starts looking at the furnace & I question him about the $89 & he says this is just his fee for showing up. We discussed this for several minutes ending up with an agreement that he would (for $215) do a tune up on the furnace & hopefully he would also find the problem. After the tune up he told me he was 99.9% sure that it was the control board & that was another $845.00 for that part installed. At this point I was not prepared to pay $845 for what I new was a $200 part so he finished up a left. I never did get a report. The next day I got a control board and installed it myself, low & behold this was NOT the problem with my furnace! So much for the 99.9% guarantee (should have got that in writing). I will end this by saying that I don't see my self using their services & or definitely not recommending it to anyone in the future.
